Most did not have order forms filled out in advance which was partly my fault for not getting them to the coach far enough in advance. So, went ahead and took pics of each boy whether they had a form or not. The coach should have given the boys forms by now and if you would like to order your kiddos pics fill the form out and get it back to Josh and he will get them to me. I added a sports collage sample with the blue smoke...these are just fun things that you can purchase extra if desired. The picture with the blue background and oval cut out is a template for a button so not all boys will have these...only if ordering a button. They are not on your order form so if interested just message me! Thanks!
