Car Show: May 6th, 2012

Well the windy cool weather didn't keep people away from the car show today at Brit Spaugh Park.  I originally intended to attend the car show to see my dad and my uncle's cars on display, but decided to take the opportunity to get my name out there amongst a different market of people.  As a new photographer my challenge right now is advertising.  So, I wandered about taking pictures of the cars and leaving my business card on their car seat hoping they would visit my site, enjoy the free picture I took, and remember me for any future photgraphy needs they may have.  I got some strange looks as I took pictures of their cars as they stood right there wondering who in the heck I was and why I was photographing their cars.  A couple of owners were kind enough to even step into the picture.  I was a bit partial to my dad's 1929 "Blue Dog" and my uncle's newly restored Grand Tourino but got several other pics that I thought turned out pretty good.  I was very excited to see several new hits on my site as a result....thanks for checking my work out!!!
